Confidential Client

This confidential gaming company engaged the team at Kindred to help them locate and design their first official workspace as a fast-scaling enterprise. Beginning with a strategy workshop with the leadership team, Kindred identified the drivers and intent behind their initial home: a recruitment and collaboration platform for refining and executing the business' strategy.

Kindred helped define an ideal London location and worked with a trusted real estate partner to shortlist suitable spaces that provided maximum flexibility for their evolving needs. The selected space came in well under budget, allowing the team to invest in customising the fit-out - especially the elements that would support their eventual expansion. Kindred then developed the creative brief, layout and design to reflect the company's play-minded ethos with a nod to their brand.

Stridon was looking to relocate and reinvigorate their workplace experience, launching a new hybrid work policy and establishing a more collaborative, purpose-driven space for their team.

The new office has transformed Stridon’s employee experience with three zones that support the different teams’ ways of working, an abundance of natural light, an improved location, and enhanced building amenities. Through consultation, negotiation with vendors, and pragmatic sourcing, the team were able to achieve the entire move and fit-out with less than 60% of the original CapEx budget. Additionally, with the enhanced office space and amenities, monthly operational costs have been reduced by 20%.
