About Kindred

Jenn and Shawn met in San Francisco, colleagues at a global design firm. Shawn went on to build workplaces across the Bay Area’s biggest tech giants while Jenn moved to Asia, where she delivered brand, research and design insights to multi-national organisations across the region. Twenty years later, they reconnected in London and Kindred was born. 

What sets Kindred apart isn’t solely our experience – it's our ethos. It’s how we approach our work. We are nimble and lean. We are hands-on, managing from concept to delivery. We are transparent, working directly as an extension of our clients.

Jenn holds over 20 years of experience within the corporate real estate industry throughout America, Asia and Europe. She has held leadership roles across strategy, design and consulting, and has built and managed multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders. Her pragmatic, people-centric approach helps her to successfully drive new ideas and implement tailored solutions to enhance team performance.

Shawn is recognized as a leader in the architecture and interior design industry with over 30 years of experience creating award-winning commercial interiors for leading global companies. Her exceptional management skills, fresh design aesthetic, warm personal style, and attention to detail have earned Shawn the admiration of clients and peers alike.
